Overview

In a city known for street fests, you’d be hard-pressed to find one more iconic than the 42nd annual Taste of Lincoln Avenue, presented by Wells Fargo.

And like a fine wine, it has only gotten better with age. This beloved summer tradition offers plenty to enjoy beyond its incredible lineup of food, arts/crafts and local vendors. This year’s fest includes:

  • An amazing lineup of bands from across the Midwest.
  • Local food favorites you’ve definitely missed over the last year.
  • Arts & crafts galore.
  • An afternoon whiskey tasting on Sunday.
  • A Kids’ Carnival with non-stop activities for the littles, including inflatables on Friday (4pm to 6pm) and Saturday/Sunday (noon to 6pm).
  • A dog parade on Sunday morning.

The bottom line? When it comes to enjoying summer in the Windy City, Taste of Lincoln Avenue, presented by Wells Fargo, should be at the top of everyone’s list.

Six bartenders. One title. Zero chill. The Best of Lincoln Park Cocktail Competition is the kind of Friday night where your drink order actually matters, because you’re not just a customer here, you’re part of the judging. Local bartenders from across the Lincoln Avenue corridor bring their best original creations to the glass, and the crowd gets to sip through every single one of them. Think house-made syrups, unexpected flavor pairings, and the kind of bartender confidence that only comes from really, truly believing in your recipe. The energy is neighborhood block party meets friendly trash talk, and the cocktails are the real stars of the show.
