Get ready for ComEd’s 12th annual Switch on Summer, which celebrates the start of summer with the official switching on of Chicago’s iconic Buckingham Fountain! Brought to you in partnership with the Chicago Park District, Switch on Summer is open to the public and will include the official kick-off for the Chicago Park District’s Night Out in the Parks summer programming. Night Out in the Parks is the premiere event series that activates parks across the city throughout the summer with cultural events and performances.
Switch on Summer will also showcase cultural performances by Chicago artists, ComEd customer support resources, Chicago Park District art and maker stations, and engaging activities for children, families, and residents across Chicago.
