Our Team

When you call SEM, chances are the cheery voice you’ll hear on the phone will be that of Emerald. She’s also the person to most likely greet you at the reception desk. But she’s more than a friendly voice and face. She wears other hats including general office manager, coordinating messenger services, sorting staff mail, tracking delivered packages and other responsibilities to ensure the office runs smoothly. Emerald also heads up Eleven Communications which handles use of walkie talkies, ipads and credit card machines.

What’s your favorite activity to do outside of work?
Going out to restaurants and trying new foods.

What’s your favorite part of working at SEM?
SEM helps me evolve. I gain experience and skills in public relations, strategy and management.

What are your three favorite foods?
My Moms Pozole, Miso soup, Buffalo Chicken Fries
