St. Patrick's Day is officially March 17, but runners can get a jump on those festivities a few days early at "Leprechaun Leap" (formerly known as the Chicago's St. Paddy's 5K/8K) that's back for its 15th fun-filled year in 2016. As in the past, participants are encouraged to use their imaginations and don green attire to celebrate the Emerald Isle.
Everybody's Irish at this popular annual Lincoln Park and lakefront sprint. A portion of the proceeds will again benefit the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
Online registration is now closed.
You can still register in person during packet pick-up (see below) or on site event morning.
