Join generations of moms and dads, grandmas & grandpas, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, friends and neighbors who flock to our annual Fall event. The heart of our festival is on the West side of the Fox River in Lincoln Park - where hundreds of hand-crafted scarecrows are on display. YOU vote for your favorite -- winners are chosen from attendee votes throughout the weekend! For over 25 years, the festival has brought many heartwarming memories for both children and adults alike. The festival is an annual tradition for thousands of families across the Midwest and now children who attended in the 1980's are bringing their children to share their memories with&and create new ones, too!

Enjoy the carnival! Make your own scarecrow! Browse the huge Autumn on the Fox Arts and Crafts Show! Check out the FREE live entertainment! And of course, munch on delicious plenty of delicious food! Choose from food vendors throughout the fest or many "unique to St. Charles" restaurants. The possibilities are endless! Best of all ... admission, parking, trolleys and parking shuttles are all FREE!

Autumn on the Fox Arts & Crafts Show
Held in conjunction with Scarecrow Fest, the 27th annual Autumn On The Fox Art and Craft Show is exclusively in Pottawatomie Park (8 North Ave.).

Pottawatomie Park is a beautiful park on the east bank of the Fox River. It features large trees, a playground and a Riverboat Cruise. There is a large victorian style pavilion with a tower and water garden. There is a variety of delicious food available and plenty of seating!

All items are handmade by the exhibiting artist. There are 170 artisans. There is a large variety of jewelry, metal art, stained glass, photography, primitive wood, as well as whimsical folk art. Many crafters have fall décor including floral, scarecrows, iron sculpture, painted pumpkins and carved gourds. There are food products, including soup and dip mixes, caramel apples, a variety of chocolates, baked goods, honey products and BBQ items.

Hours for the show are Friday and Saturday, 9am to 5pm and Sunday, 9am to 4pm.

New Location for Scarecrows!
Be a part of the "heart and soul" of the annual Scarecrow Fest ... the Scarecrow Contest! In 2011, there were over 150 hand-crafted scarecrows on display and 150,000 visitors to this nationally recognized, award-winning festival. Visitors view & vote for their favorite entries in each category.
This year, the scarecrows will be located at 1st Street, Lincoln Park and the Riverwalk.
